Dr Teals sleep products is the only thing aside from taking melatonin pills that help my younger siblings (12 and 16) sleep better at night. The pandemic ruined their sleep schedules and they are now using the lotion, sleep bath, and spray daily.

Average & Bad Reviews

The flavor is going to refer to the scent since this isn’t food; the flavor is quite nice. The thickness of the spray is more than adequate. Unfortunately, the sleep quality is hit and miss and overall it doesn’t help me sleep but smells good and dries quickly.

Did not help me sleep but I use it on my sheets in between changes to make them smell a little bit better. Not a big fan of the scent, but a little bit doesn’t hurt.

When I receive this bottle it was in with another item. It did not have plastic on the top of it so about a third of it leaked out and it was really greasy. I sent it back

Overall Review

Our overall review of Dr Teal’s Sleep Spray is that it works very well for a large number of people. Most people agree that the spray smells fantastic and helps to calm them and makes sleep easier. There does seem to be a recurring issue around shipping and the cap or bottle leaking slightly, so be aware of that.

Finally it is not a 100% full proof solution to improving your sleep as some users found no assistance with their sleep at all. Sleep is a very individual thing, so we suggest you try it for yourself.
